1. Where can I purchase a Liquivision X1 dive computer?To purchase a Liquivision X1 dive computer, please visit our order page and select your local dealer. If you do not see a dealer near your location, please contact us directly.
The Liquivision X1 comes with a multifunction attachment for charging and PC connection, an AC adapter, four international plugs, a USB cable, and a depth compensating strap. However, deco software is sold separately. Please see our software page for more information.

To charge the X1, please follow the follow steps in the correct order:
- Make sure the AC Adapter is NOT connected to the Attachment.
- Connect the Attachment to the X1 by using thumb screws.
- Screw each thumb screw a little at a time evenly to maintain proper alignment.
- Once the Attachment and X1 are connected, you can connect the AC Adapter to the Attachment and the wall power source. Use the correct plug adapter if needed.
- Your X1 should automatically start charging once the Attachment and AC Adapter are connected.
- The display will show a “charging status” – how it appears will depend on the 3rd party software you have installed on the X1.
- Charging should take approximately 4 hours.
- When the X1 is finished charging, FIRST disconnect the power, THEN remove the attachment from the X1.
The X1 may only be submerged to a maximum depth of 180 metres (590 feet). Any submersions or pressurizations beyond this depth will void the warranty.
If you purchase a Liquivision X1 second hand, please obtain a copy of the original owner’s purchase receipt for warranty purposes. If you are unable to obtain the receipt, we will consider the warranty period to begin the day the Liquivision X1 was purchased directly from us.
Yes, ZAGG has customized an Invisible Shield for the Liquivision X1 display screen. To purchase a shield, please contact your local Liquivision dealer. For more information about the ZAGG Invisible Shield, please visit the Display Cover page.
If you are having problems with your Liquivision X1, you may either contact the dealer from whom you purchased the X1, or contact us directly. When contacting us directly, please include the serial number of your X1 unit as well as a detailed description and/or picture of the problem. We are devoted to providing prompt customer service and will be in touch with you within 1 to 2 business days to resolve this issue. Please note, that in the event of repair or replacement, you may be asked to provide a receipt of purchase.
