BATTERY TYPES

There are several battery options for the XEN, XEO and LYNX computers.

Liquivision ONLY guarantees performance of batteries purchased from Liquivision or our authorized dealers. Other batteries with similar labelling may provide less dive time or not work at all. Their dive time remaining may not be correctly interpreted by your unit, and this may lead to inaccurate battery indicator readings. Also, some may have a protection circuit that causes them to shut off abruptly underwater. Liquivision is not responsible for any damage to your unit or injury to yourself caused by use of other batteries.

Disposable Batteries:
- ER14335M (compatible with BLACK battery holders ONLY, units #0-1250)
- ER17335M (compatible with WHITE battery holders ONLY, units #1250 and up, and with units that have their battery holders upgraded from BLACK to WHITE).
NOTE: ER17335M offers about DOUBLE the battery life vs. the ER14335M

Rechargeable Battery:
- ICR16340 (compatible with WHITE battery holders ONLY, units #1250 and up, and with units that have their battery holders upgraded from BLACK to WHITE).

WHAT TO DO IF YOU HAVE A BLACK BATTERY HOLDER:

If you have a BLACK battery holder, you can ONLY use ER14335M disposable batteries. You CANNOT use the long-life ER17335M disposable batteries or the ICR16340 rechargeable batteries.

You may, however, choose to pay for a Battery Holder Upgrade to upgrade your battery holder to a WHITE one, compatible with the disposable ER17334M and the rechargeable ICR16340.

BATTERY HOLDER UPGRADE

Direct To Liquivision or Through Dealer:
US and Canadian customers are encouraged to arrange their Battery Holder Upgrade directly with Liquivision.

International customers the option to arrange a Battery Holder Upgrade directly with Liquivision or with their dealer. The cost is the same, however, the dealer must collect a minimum of 3 units to arrange the Upgrade. To avoid delays of waiting on other units, we urge our customers to contact us directly.

   - $99 for customers in USA/Canada
   - $129 for all international customers
- Please put a note in the comment section with your unit's serial number and indicate whether it is a Xen or a Xeo.
- Please ship your unit (at your cost) to:
