Margaret Malewski – Chief Executive Officer

Margaret Malewski

Margaret first honed her business skills while a Brand Manager with Procter & Gamble in the Middle East. Her interest in entrepreneurship was sparked while earning her MBA at INSEAD in France and Singapore, and she joined Liquivision shortly after graduation, in July 2007. She has lived and worked in over 10 countries, and speaks fluent English, French and Polish, with some Spanish and German. Margaret ran her first marathon in October 2008 and hopes to participate in more in the future.

Eric Fattah – Chief Technical Officer

Eric Fattah

Eric graduated from Engineering Physics at the University of British Columbia in 1999. Always the inventor, he has designed numerous products, including a spectrophotometer, a diving safety system, fluid goggles and the F1/X1 diving computers, and has authored two US patents. He founded Liquivision in 1998.

Eric also holds the North American depth record in freediving, with 104m in the Constant Weight discipline (2011), and is a former World Record holder (82m in 2001). He has made significant contributions to development of freediving equalisation techniques.

Emilie Hiob – Customer Service & Marketing Coordinator, Office Manager

Emilie Hiob

Emilie holds a Diploma in Business with a focus on Marketing Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. She began her career by doing Event Marketing for major international brands, and more recently held a position in Customer Service and Marketing for a designer furniture company. Since starting with Liquivision in 2009, Emilie has developed an intimate knowledge of our dive computers that allows her to contribute great marketing ideas and excellent customer support. In her free time she enjoys designing jewelry and being in the company of her friends and family.

Eva Lange – New Dealer Inquiries, Marketing & Sales Coordinator

Eva Lange

Eva graduated from the University of Potsdam in Germany, with a Master's in Human Geography and Political Science. Eva has a great passion for outdoor and water sports, as well as for electronic gadgets, which prompted her to join Liquivision in February 2011. She brings strong analytical and organization skills to the team, as well as a European perspective. She speaks fluent German and English, and is also comfortable in French. In her free time, she enjoys kayaking, hiking, mountain climbing, and camping.

Doug Marcoux – Sales & Marketing Manager, Consultant

Doug

Doug earned his BA from the University of Washington and his MBA from Seattle University. Since joining us in 2008, Doug brings a strong background in marketing and sales to his position with Liquivision along with a love for our underwater world. Doug is a technical scuba diver, a dive master, and is a REEF level II marine life surveyor. Doug participates in dive exploration, marine conservation data collection, and enjoys diving historic wrecks. When he’s not diving, Doug enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and his children Dylan and Avery.

Jaka Krumpak – Manufacturing Team Leader

Jaka Krumpak

Jaka holds a degree in Physics from Simon Fraser University. He brings 10 years of production experience from Eastman Kodak (formerly Creo), where he ultimately held the position of Team Leader. Since joining Liquivision in August 2009, he has made strong contributions to our testing and manufacturing procedures. When not at work he enjoys playing in the snow with his kids and rock climbing the great outdoors of Beautiful British Columbia.

Julius Casimiro – Manufacturing Team Member

Julius Casimiro

Julius holds a degree in Electronics and Communication from the Lyceum of the Philippines. He has almost ten years’ experience manufacturing and troubleshooting electronics assembly, and implementing QA procedures. He joined Liquivision in March 2008, and has been the backbone of our manufacturing ever since. He likes to spend time with his wife and young daughters, and is passionate about basketball and entrepreneurship.

Kerry Evans – Customer Service Coordinator and Office Manager

Kerry Evans

Kerry recently completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Simon Fraser University and will attend her official graduation in October 2009. She will also be attending the British Columbia Institute of Technology this fall to pursue a career in the field of Human Resources. When not at work, Kerry enjoys spending time with friends and family and has recently started taking tennis lessons as a new hobby.

Andrew Sylte – Manufacturing Team Leader

Andrew Sylte

Andrew graduated with a Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering Technology from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in 2003. He has several years of experience ensuring the smooth operation of casino electronics and computer systems, and has been working for Liquivision since May 2007. His interests include yoga, nutrition and music.
